Essay

The scientific study is devoted to the actual problem of increasing the effectiveness of surgical treatment of the patients with portal hypertension development of portal hypertension in cirrhosis background. The results of treatment of 532 cirrhotic patients were analyzed. New endoscopic method of ligation of varices reduced rate of rebleeding in 97 % of patients. Original laparoscopic method of resection fundal part of stomach was developed. This method was effective in 93,8 % of patients. New method of endovascular embolization reduced rate of rebleeding in 3 times. Algorithm of choosing individual treatment program improved results and reduce rebleeding in 4 times.
