Object - purulent-necrotic process (PNP) soft tissue of diabetes mellitus , chronic venous and arterial insufficiency; goal - to improve the results of treatment of patients with soft tissue PNP by topical antibiotic sorbent composition; methods - experimental modeling, clinical, laboratory, microbiological, morphological, immunological, biochemical, statistics; results - created new experimental model of PNP on background dysmetabolism violations; first obtained information about the dynamics of microbiological agents PNP changes in diabetic patients, chronic venous and arterial insufficiency; a spectrum of antimicrobial resistance and the most effective antimicrobial drugs; new data on the features of specific immune reactivity and nonspecific resistance in PNP soft tissue depending on the background pathology; the first time that in the development and progression of PNP soft tissues are important and fibrinolysis disorders local proteolysis; first pathogenetic expediency of application form of the antibiotic gentamicin adsorbed at a local surgical treatment of such patients; results of the study and system analysis allowed to scientifically substantiate and develop treatment policy; branch – medicine.
