Shevel T. Prevention and treatment of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with fibrocystic breast disease.

The work to the reduction of obstetric and perinatal complications in pregnant women with fibrocystic breast disease by implementing the developed preventive medical complex, aimed at the pathogenic factors of fibrocystic breast disease and the prevention and treatment of obstetric complications, was devoted. The conducted research allowed revealing the proportion of population of pregnant women with fibrocystic breast disease. The clinical features of pregnancy, the functional state of hormonal homeostasis vaginal and intestinal microbiocenosis in pregnant women with mastopathies were studied. The direct correlational dependence betwen the concentration of prolactin and melatonin in women with fibrocystic breast disease was found. The dependence is more pronounced in women with cystic nodular form of fibrocystic breast disease. It was found out that high concentrations IGF-1 were detected in women with progression of mastopathies during pregnancy. The necessity of correction of vaginal and intestinal microflora in pregnant women with fibrocystic breast diseasewas proved. The necessity of carrying out ultrasound methods of diagnostics of breasts during pregnancy was proved. The efficiency of the developed and implemented complex of organizational, therapeutic and preventive measures for pregnant women with fibrocystic breast disease was proved.
