Historical and legal peculiarities of realization the mechanism of financial and economic policy of Western Ukrainian People’s Republic in 1918-1923 are studied. The historiography, sources, theoretical and legal approaches to analysis of the realization of financial and economic policy by the organs of state power of WUPR are examined and analyzed. The organization and structure of State apparatus of WUPR in financial and economic sphere, the main tendencies and legal mechanisms of the realization of financial and economic policy and also the peculiarity of activity the financial organs of WUPR are studied and analyzed.
