Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the development and implementation of effective methods to prevent (reduce) the environmental hazard of landfills. Evaluation of the environmental safety of pollution filters landfill was carried out. This made it possible to develop a strategy for action to avoid environmental threat from ammonium nitrogen pollution, in particular ground waters. By the results of the experimental studies of clay mineral was chosen the best type of clay and the optimum mix (composition) for the cutoff screen. During the experiments with the cleaning of drainage water from landfill ammonium nitrogen using the biomembrane method was shown that it is effective stage of wastewater treatment. A comprehensive treatment plant drainage water was developed.
