Bogomolov O. Informative constituent of socio-economic development

Object: social and economic development (SED) process which happens on the basis of an information and economic component influence strengthening. Objective: improvement of scientific and methodical approaches and development of practical recommendations concerning definition of the SED reserves taking into account the information component (IC) of national economy. Methods: dialectic method; system and historical approaches; abstract and logical method; system analysis; economic and statistical methods. There has been proposed: the concept of SED IC definition on the basis of founding the features and trends of its presence in economy structure; improvement of scientific approach to IC essence definition as a complex of establishing conditions, systematization and development of information and communication technologies, scientific and methodical bases of determining the features of information networks business environment which ascend simultaneously with electronic commerce development, methodical tools for assessing the level of national economy promptness to information society; further development of systematization of IC factors influencing the SED. Application Sphere: The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the National Commission which carries out state regulation in the communication and informatization sphere.
