Essay

Thesis provides a clustered approach to the consideration of the innovative development strategіеs forming at engineering enterprises, which involves its defragmentation on such business-processes as: management, information, production, financial, marketing, logistics and quality control, allows you to define and strengthen the role of each in the process of achieving the strategic competitive position of the enterprise. Improved methodological tools for establishing a cause-and-effect relationship between the level of innovation of business-process management at the enterprises of engineering. The methodical basis of choosing the optimal innovative development strategіеs of company providing building discrete games in normal form. Conceptual bases of the formation of the strategic map of innovative development that, unlike proposed by R. Kaplan and D. Norton, is based on the process approach and the results of the process of innovative development strategіеs forming of enterprises developed by the author using the balanced scorecard. Proposed interpretation of strategic management, which, in contrast to the existing views it as a strategic management of the enterprise's competitive position in the market (actual and prospective) on the basis of a systematic approach to the operational environment (internal and external) and the scientific prediction of future market conditions. Developed a clustered approach to the grouping of engineering in terms of the innovative development strategіеs forming at engineering enterprises, allows to specify the prerogatives of their strategic innovation.
