The dissertation describes the preventive mechanisms of regulation of fluid and electrolyte homeostasis. The influence of irritation of the salt taste buds urgent mechanisms of regulation of water-salt metabolism and the role of taste buds salt taste in the regulation of water-salt balance. The hormonal mechanisms were determed by involved in preventive responses of the autonomic nervous system. The dependence of the regulatory response water - exchange on the basic physical and chemical properties of drinking water (physical state, ionic composition, salinity). Augmented complete functional system of water-salt metabolism and human value specified peripheral and central mechanisms of fluid and salt balance.
