In this work we described new methods of synthesis, physico-chemical and biological properties of (3-methyl-2,6-dioxo-2,3,6,7-tetrahydro-1H-purine-8-yl)alkylcarboxylic acids and its functional derivatives. The structures, physicochemical and biological properties of mentioned compounds were described.
