Thesis deals with the theoretical and practical issues of efficiency analysis management human potential company. Generalized classification of the factors that shape the human potential, taking into account both quantitative and qualitative impact, the impact of external and internal environment. The analysis of the formation, condition and availability of enterprise human resources and factors affecting the quantitative and qualitative parameters of its development. Are evidence-based recommendations to improve the management of human resources. Based on the analysis of the motivational profile of company personnel, a project plan and analysis to improve the organizational culture of the enterprise. The recommendations for the analysis of the effective use of human resources with the use of the computer system of staff recruitment and use of staffing services.
