Maydukova S. The transformation of the management mechanisms of the general energy resources of the coal-mining industry

The dissertation presents the results of the development of scientific and methodological approaches to transforming the management mechanism of mineral and energy resources coal production in a market economy. Established that state mines the coal industry over the years is in deep crisis and is unable to accumulate funds for modernization and expanded reproduction of mining assets. The work presents the results of the theoretical foundations of the functioning of the administration of mineral and energy resources of coal deposits in the context of their compliance with international experience and current trends of natural resources. Methodological approaches to the improvement of economic and institutional mechanisms regulating differential rent based on the results of comprehensive geological evaluation of the integral caloric equivalent (7,000 kcal/kg) energy reserves of coal and methane gas in the mining lease. These methodological approaches to the accumulation of the insurance fund for a guaranteed payment subsoil disposal and remediation activities after the cessation of mining operations in the mining lease. The nature of reproductive interactions coal production from the natural environment is analyzed.
