Essay

Object of research: amidation process of linseed oil by diethylenetriamine. Objective: scientific foundation and development of the technology of surface active unsaturated derivatives of acylglycerols by amidation of linseed oil with diethylenetriamine. Methods: titrimetry, chromatography, infrared spectroscopy, differential analysis method, additive-group method, the method of electrochemical polarization resistance, stalagmometer method, standard techniques, mathematical modeling using software packages Mathcad, Microsoft Excel, HyperChem, CurveExpert. Scientific novelty: reaction masses composition have been established, scheme of amidation of linseed oil withdiethylenetriamine have been proposed, new scientific data about the kinetics and thermodynamics have been obtained, the kinetic model of process have been created, major surface-active properties have been evaluated. Theoretical and practical results: the technology and the technological scheme of amidation of linseed oil and concentrate mono-and diacylglycerols and imidazolines obtaining have been developed; kinetic and statistical models for prediction of component composition of the reaction products and controling the amidation process have been created; surface active properties have been evaluated which leads to the basis of development of food and cosmetic emulsions, as well as changes in the technical conditions under which the adsorption-active composition have been produced. The degree of implementation: the possibility of mono-diacylglycerols concentrate usage in compositions of cosmetic cream have been confirmed in an enterprise LLC "Aroma" (Kharkov), and in UkrNIIMZh NAAS (Kharkov) - in the manufacture of soft margarines. According to the developed technology have been produced in industrial facilities by LLC "Nyi Service" (Kiev) the corrosion inhibitor, which is used for corrosion protection of wells of GPU "Shebelinkagasvydobuvannya" (village . Red Donets, Kharkov region.). Results of the thesis introduced in the educational process. Scope of use: cosmetic, "fats and oils" and gas industry.
