Object: process of management by marketing jurisdiction of trade enterprises (MMJE) on the basis of complex approach. Purpose: argumentation of conceptual positions, development of methodical approaches and science-practice recommendations in relation to perfection MMJE. Methods: structurally-logic and semantic analysis; systems and complex analysis; logic analysis and sociological questioning; expert and rating estimation; matrix analysis; economic-mathematical and economic-statistical; receptions of design of administrative decisions in the conditions of vagueness. Offered: conceptual approach to MMJЕ; scientifically-methodological approach to estimation of effectiveness MMJЕ on the basis of the offered contextual model; methodical approach relatively: complex estimation of loyalty of users and design of strategy MMJE; complex mechanism (MMJ); category vehicle; theoretical positions of conception of consumer capital and methodical receptions in relation to his estimation; methodological bases of the use of information's technologies at MMJE. Sphere of the use: trade enterprises.
