Dissertation is devoted to the improvement of metrological support measured meteorological characteristics of the upper atmosphere , analyzing and presenting the results of probing the atmosphere in accordance with the standards of the World Meteorological Organization. The system of metrological support measurement of meteorological parameters of the upper atmosphere by: - Input methods developed noise stability of analog telemetry upper-air data, algorithms, hardware and software noise filtering and isolating the desired signal at high threshold change characteristics; - Recognition algorithm useful signal in terms of significant barriers that give positive results even in case of failure of recognition of radar signal; - Developed on the basis of numerical extrapolation methods and spline approximation algorithms for special comprehensive study of patterns of signals in measurement and Testing channel; - Designed compression algorithms information flow while maintaining a guaranteed accuracy of the data transmitted by the communication channel; - The regularity of upper-air data input, measuring signal channel angular coordinates of the antenna and slant - range radar to digital channels protocol compatible with a PC. The main results of the thesis have found application.
