This research focuses on constitutional legal relations that arise between different public authorities (in accordance with their functions concerning foreign policy), defining features of the constitutional and legal regulation of the foreign policy of Ukraine and comprehensive analysis of the constitutional and legal mechanism of foreign policy of the state. We investigate the institutional mechanism of foreign policy realization, the definition of "foreign policy" category in the context of constitutional law. We analyze a system of foreign policy principles of Ukraine, their coordination and correlative communication with the principles of the international law. We determine the role of the state legislative, executive and judiciary authorities in forming and realization of state's foreign policy. Based on the conducted analysis we defined several objective factors that influence state's foreign policy potential. The author also identifies main peculiarities of the impact of state legislative, executive and judicial authorities on the formulation and implementation of foreign policy of the state.
