Нut N. Identity documents of notaries abroad and their recognition.

The work analyzes issues notarization of documents abroad and the recognition of such documents in different countries. The analysis showed a different attitude in most countries in the notarized documents, the lack of a unified international system requirements for these documents and the need to improve relations between notaries different countries. In this paper, necessity of enrichment Ukrainian notarial practice and new legislation notarial proceedings which are committed by foreign notaries, notary acts Ukrainian approaching international standards and relevant experience. At the same time, analyzed the possibility of Ukrainian notarial acts abroad, even unknown in other countries, including evidence of the executor.
