Mazurenko G. Diagnosis, prevention and comprehensive correction of coagulation disorders in patients with hysteromyoma in the perioperative period

Research is dedicated to improving the combined treatment of hysteromyoma. Based on the analysis of the spectrum and substance disorders of hemostasis characteristic of this condition, the expediency of incorporating low-frequency piezoelectric thromboelastography for dynamic monitoring of hemostasis, functional tests with a double local hypoxia of the upper limb to determine the reserve capacity of hemostasis, elongated epidural anesthesia during the surgery, as well as the appointment of tranexamic acid for 30 minutes before surgery at a dose of 20 mg/ kg, subsequent infusion of 5 mg/kg per hour in the first postoperative day in combination with the subsequent appointment of bemiparin low molecular weight heparin 2500 IU 1 per day for 7 days. Proposed integrated circuits correction of hemostasis in patients with hysteromyoma reduces the severity of their condition, blood loss, and duration of stay in hospital. The safety of proposed method is confirmed. Developed and implemented practical recommendations for diagnosis, prevention and comprehensive correction of hemostasis in patients with uterine fibroids.
