The dissertation contains results of complex research the questions of improvement the marketing of agricultural enterprises. Author made a definition of concept of "marketing" and "marketing activities of agricultural enterprises". The necessity of using the new concept of marketing management in agriculture. Established methodological principles of improving the marketing of agricultural enterprises. The estimation of the dynamics of production and sale of potato and vegetable. Analysis of the organization of marketing activities in agricultural enterprises Chernigiv region. Directions of restructuring of the sales of potato and vegetable farms: the analytical model of choice of form of organization and distribution channel potatoes and vegetables. Enhanced information support marketing of agricultural enterprises with sales of potatoes and vegetables. Author proposed model of information provision for agricultural products sales through the creation of a network of consulting services and economy-mathematical model for market selection for sales of potatoes and vegetables. Applied aspects of strategic management for production and sales' activities of agricultural enterprises were developed.
