Essay

Thesis is devoted to ketotifen chemical and toxicological research. Sensitive methods of ketotifen identification by col-oured reactions, UV-spectroscopy, TLC and HPLC have been developed. The methods of ketotifen quantitative determination, which are suitable for the purposes of chemical and toxicological analysis, have been developed. The individual method of ketotifen isolation from biomaterial has been developed. The scheme of chemical and toxicological analysis of biomaterial for ketotifen has been grounded.
