Essay

The thesis is devoted to studying the characteristics of success attribution in professional self-determination of the students. The system of views on the concept of "success ", "success in professional activities", "attribution of success" is systematized and generalized. The author's model of the development of life-purpose core of success attribution is developed and verified. Based on the results of age dynamics' empirical studies, the professional success' attributive characteristics of the students, namely: psychologists, managers and technologists is found. Variative and invariative components in the structure of success attribution are determined. Dysfunctional contradictions in students' self-attribution of achievement between their perceptions of the chosen profession and its real content are defined. The correlation between the specifity of attributing success and the ability levels of the successful professional self-determination is ascertained. The usage of targeted developmental effects in order to develop high levels of professionalism of graduates received further development.
