The dissertation represents analysis the problems of reception and interpretation of "eternals" donkichot's and donzyan's motives in the Ukrainian literature of the XX century. The dissertation researched the paradigm of artistic reception "eternals" motives and images in the works of Ukrainian writes of the XX century; exposed the universals tendencies and individual's models interpretation of "eternals" motives by the example of the works of Ukrainian writes. It is the first analyses the reception of "eternals" donkichot's and donzyan's motives on the materials of literary process of the XX century behind assistance the term "interpretations model", which introduced in the scientific discourse. The dissertation explores the history of penetration and traditions of artistic reception "eternals" donkichot's and donzyan's motives in the Ukrainian literature; exposes the motivation of appeal to this motives; determines the role and place of works, which represents the interpretation of "eternals" motives.
