Buntovska O. The Presumption of innocence in the militia (police) activity: constitutionally comparative analysis.

The dissertation is devoted to the investigation of the constitutional human and civic right for the presumption of innocence and its realization in the activity of the Ukrainian police and the police subdivisions of foreign countries. Definitions, features, the contents, guarantees of the mentioned above constitutional law are being discovered; its normative regulation and realization by the Ukrainian militia, their functions, forms and activity methods are scrutinized. In the dissertation the principles and conclusions are formulated, the propositions as regards the improvement of the valid legislation and the practice of ensuring the effective realization of the constitutional human and civic right for the presumption of innocence are substantiated.
