The thesis is a comprehensive scientific research on the theoretical, legal and practical features of the codification acts' legal technique as a complex legal phenomenon. The work covers the historical formation of legal technique as a subject of scientific inquiry, analyzes the scientific development of legal techniques and generalizes the views of scientists on issues of substance and forms of legal technique. The author critically analyzes the features of the legal technique of the legislation codification acts' as well as of the subordinate regulations, on the basis of which the ways of improving the codification acts' legal technique and the mechanisms of implementing its requirements are determined.
