Essay

In particular, studied the historical and legal background of the process of formation and development of the department in the historical context, the peculiarities of its structural and organizational reform and legal support of its functioning in conditions of rise and transformation the economic crime in the modern period arestudied. It is proved that its threatening tendencies of development were the factor of special influence on the functioning of the department of MIA of Ukraine, which arose from the organizational and legal foundations of the soviet service units conhected with the struggle against sheculations and the misappropriation of socialist property.
