Ponomarev S. Mechanism of constitutional right to unite in non-governmental organizations in Ukraine.

The work done by a general description of the mechanism of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations through the definition of the mechanism of the implementation of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in public organizations, research genesis mechanism of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations in Ukraine establish the structure of the mechanism of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations. The author found the concept and system of law on non-governmental organizations in Ukraine, considered the law on associations as a key element of the mechanism of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations, highlighted the international legal standards on the implementation of the right to association in non-governmental organizations. The author also found constitutional and legal mechanisms of the organization and activities of non-governmental organizations in Ukraine, defined activities of public authorities to ensure the realization of the constitutional right of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations and investigated judicial and non-judicial protection of constitutional rights of citizens to unite in non-governmental organizations.
