Kononchuk N. Family legal status of the child according to Ukrainian Law

This master's thesis dedicates to the research of the child's family - rights status, its structure and some elements. This work shows the foundation of the appearing of the child's family - rights status, its kinds, gives the classification of the family forms of the children's bringing up. This master's thesis shows the classification of the child's family - rights in different criteria; demonstrates the characteristic to the subject of the child's right to the child's family rights; gives the concretes subject of the child's family rights. This work motivates the conclusions about existence of the child's moral family duties. The master's thesis gives the concept of the child's interests in family rights; this work proves that the regulation of the family rights based on the child's interests and on the presumption of the child's interests in the family.
