Dissertation is sanctified to the study of project methods of the use of ethnic traditions in the design of modern interiors of enterprises of public food consumption that are on territory of Ukraine. Systematization of approaches, methods and project components of work became especially important with prototype standards in the design of modern interiors. A research specific consists in that next project methods are first certain at development of design of interiors of modern cafes and restaurants: retrospective view and stylization, that is built on authorial interpretation of constituents of traditional architecture, interiors and them subject filling.
