The dissertation is devoted to theoretical and empirical researches of the psychological and educational improving factors of the management style of the justice employees, professionally-related features of the styles, internal structure of integrated management style of the lawyers, gender and other aspects of styles as a basis for the development psychological approaches and teaching for the improving the management styles of lawyers.Program of special psychological training for the improving management styles of justice employees is proposed and approbated.
