Essay

The thesis is devoted to the experimental feasibility study and expediency of using multipotent mesenchymal stem cells isolated from donor and autologous adipose tissue to prevent fat tissue transplant graft resorption. Results of the study indicate the feasibility and prospects of the method of conducting clinical trials of combined cell-tissue lipofilling correction of contour defects soft tissue.
