Dobrenka N. Expediency and justice in law enforcement activities.

The thesis describes questions of law enforcement activity, especially the importance and concept of expediency and justice as moral and legal category. The work analyzes different positions of scientists concerning law enforcement activity and stages of enforcement. The main results of the investigation has been formulated, theoretical and practical significance of the developed theme which is determined to the nature and the essence of expediency and justice in law enforcement activity has been researched, the ratio of expediency, justice and legality has also been analyzed. Disassociation of right and the law has been established which is important both for of legal thinking and for clarification of the specificities of the law objective nature in general. The concept of addition stages of enforcement activities with stages of control of implementation of Enforcement Act and Enforcement Act appealed by an interested person has been substantiated.
