Essay

Thesis is devoted to phenytoin chemical and toxicological research. The methods of phenytoin detection with the help of coloured reactions, methods of UV-spectroscopy, TLC, HPLC and GLC in the presence of other anticonvulsant medicines and dibamk have been developed. The methods of phenytoin quantitative determination have been offered. The methods of phenytoin isolation from biomaterial have been developed. The step-by-step algorithm of chemical and toxicological analysis of biomaterial for phenytoin presence has been offered.
