The thesis is devoted to improve the efficiency of diagnosis and conservative treatment of genital prolapse in women after childbirth large fetus. Feature typical clinical manifestations of genital prolapse, ultrasonic indicators of the state structures of the pelvic bottom and anamnestic risk factors for prolapse after childbirth large fruit. Developed scale integrated assessment of the severity of prolapse, taking into account the severity of subjective and objective symptoms and condition of the tendon-muscle structures of the pelvic bottom. Studying the state of connective tissue matrix markers identified metabolic disorder of connective tissue. Proposed pathogenetically complex conservative treatment with using of corrective exercises aimed at normalizing tone of the abdominal muscles and the pelvic bottom in combination with local and general metabolic therapy, which has improved the results of treatment of genital prolapse I and II degree.
