Essay

The thesis deals with an important scientific problem of improving the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment of neoplastic diseases of the cervix through the study of the functional state antigen-presenting cells in women with manifested genital papilloma viral infection. It is shown that the infection state of women is characterized by a high rate of virus mixed infection with the prevalence lesion caused by group A9 HPV. It was determined that the level of viral load correlated with the intensity of neoplastic changes in cervical epithelium (R=0.65; p<0,01). Functional state immunity observed in patients with epithelial dysplasia of the cervix decreased activity of mature and immature dendritic cells and sIgA and IgG production. It was found that the CIN III observed a significant downregulation of CD207+ (OR=4.1 (CI 95 3.3-4.9%), and increased expression of Ki-67 (OR=3.7; CI 95% 3.0-4.4) (?2=12,7; p<0.01). It was proved that flavonoid glycosides derivatives use reduces viral load in HPVI, thus significantly increasing the number of immature antigen presenting cells (NNT=3).
