Vaksman R. The enhancement development of economy and legal support of advertising activities.

The thesis deals with the legal problems of improving the legal regulation of promotional activities in Ukraine. The proposed definitions of basic legal means, fre "advertisement", "advertising activity", " advertising product", "advertising services market", "advertising services", "unscrupulous advertising services" and delimitation carried advertising from related concepts (announcements, information, product placement) and activities (marketing, journalism). The basic dysfunction in the normative regulation of advertising in Ukraine in different directions are given and their legal nature, the consequences of their unsettled and options to address them are given the too. A comparative legal analysis of the legislation of Ukraine on advertising provisions of legal acts of foreign countries has been carried out on the basis of concrete proposals to improve the standard material in the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising". The necessity of restricting the use of manipulative techniques in advertising with proposals to prevent the effects of such advertising on consumers. Development of a new version of the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" which should be specific innovations to modernize the aforementioned law in the following areas is proposed: modernization of the structure of the law for the purpose of ordering the presentation of a standard material; the expansion of the conceptual apparatus and content of the main legal means of regulation; implementation of contractual security system; regulation features advertising of specific types of goods and services, which will ensure better regulation of advertising in Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of modernity.
