Ostapenko I. Direction and content of the modernization of legislative regulation of telecommunication relations in Ukraine.

The thesis is devoted to the modernization of the content of the telecommunications legislation of Ukraine. Analyzes the content and features of telecommunication relations as a whole and within individual markets: mobile market, Internet market, the television market, broadcasting market , etc... Examines the history and current state of development of telecommunications. Systemology defined in the telecommunications market, which consists of interconnected structural elements, the most important of which are: market actors ; objects market , government regulation of economic activity. We have investigated the specifics of the telecommunications sector and the conclusion on the need to reform the legal support of the latter by means of systematization of normative-legal acts. The author offers a conceptual layout of the project development provisions of the Telecommunications Code and provided the basic requirements for contracts for the provision of telecommunications services.
