Essay

Thesis is an independent complete scientific work dedicated to the research of institute of advertising in the field of the law system of Ukraine. It formulated the doctrinal definition of complex interdisciplinary institute of advertising, found its legal nature and content, given the actual definition of advertising, provided a classification of advertising. On the basis of current legislation and practice are analyzed features of civil relations arising in advertising, studied their subjects, the characteristics of informational nature of advertising. Studied the Civil Aspects of the principle of morality in advertising relationship, especially the protection of moral rights in advertising. Analyzed key aspects of consumer protection advertising, particularly on the Internet.
