Object of study: chronic hepatitis C (genotype 1b, replication phase). Aim of study: to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C (HCV) by the combined use of standard antiviral therapy (SAT), high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is extremely band (HFE-therapy), vibroacoustic therapy and small mineralization bicarbonate-sulphate-chloride sodium mineral water (MW) allowing for the disease. Methods of study: clinical and medical history, laboratory, instrumental and statistical and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: for putting into practice the health care developed technique of differential combined use of standard SAT, MW and HFE- and vibroacoustic therapy in patients with HCV (genotype 1b, replication phase) with varying degrees of active hepatitis and virological load. Novelty: First, we have proposed and clinically studied techniques combined use of standard SAT, mineral water "Voznesenskaya" procedures vibroacoustic and HFE-therapy in complex treatment of patients with differentiated HCV (genotype 1b, replication phase), which contributed significantly improve the efficiency of standard antiviral therapy . Degree of implementation: articles, theses, guidelines, newsletters, patents. Sphere of implementation: medicine.
