The dissertation is devoted to research of the mechanism and power parameters of metal forming due to technological regimes of the tube extrusion process of the low-plastic scandium alloyed Al-6% Mg alloy on the mandrel and development of technology for production. In the work, the characteristics of the stress-strain and temperature conditions during the hot tube extrusion on the mandrel had been determined theoretically with the obtained rheological properties of alloy. The maximum ultimate values of temperature and strain at the hot metal forming of the alloy had been established by experiment. The comprehensive influence of the temperature and speed parameters to the power parameters had been established for the process of extruding tubes from the chosen alloy on the mandrel basing on the theoretical and experimental research. The regression dependence had been determined for calculating forces and stresses on the dummy block during direct hot extrusion tube process on the mandrel. The technological scheme had been developed for manufacturing tubes at the hot extrusion process on the mandrel as well as the tool for "T"-shaped tube extrusion. Results of the work are used for the industry and education.
