On the basis of children's complex inspection, patients with obesity is singled out the motion of obesity in 34,5% of children is complicated by the development of arterial hypertension. The development of arterial hypertension in children and patients with obesity hasppening in the conditions of growth of endocrine activity of visceral adipose tissue and development of disbalance of synthesis of adipokines is proved. The determined changes in children with obesity are accompanied by hyperaldosteronism, hypercortisolemia phenomena and the development of endothelial disfunction. The prognostic matrix of risk of origin of AH in children with obesity is designed. It is pointed out the additional application in the complex of therapeutic measures of anorexigen medication of central action assisting to the effective mass body reducing, potential arterial hypertension decreasing and normalization of endothelial function
