Essay

Theoretical-methodological support of economical substantiation of the mineral resources effective use during remained coal reserves extraction is generalized and developed in the dissertation. The term "little remained reserves" has received an economical interpretation taking into account ecological consequences of a mine functioning. The term of "economical level of the coal reserves recovery ratio" is specified. The methodological approach to economic substantiation of remained coal reserves extraction reasonability is improved. The methodological approach to the full corrected prime cost determination of remained coal reserves extraction on a mine that is planned to be shutdown is substantiated. Scientific-methodological bases of economical substantiation of an effective mineral resources use based on the term determination of remained coal reserves mining is developed taking into account the mine productivity, factual prime cost and transfer price of coal production. The use of proposed methodological approaches will allow to prevent false management decisions as to premature shutdown of mines and escape irreversible loss of coal reserves in the earth's depth.
