Object of research: the process of improving the system of personnel management. Objective: substantiation the social and motivational principles of improving personnel management enterprises of service industries. Methods: systematic and structural-functional, dialectic, analysis, synthesis, generalization, scientific abstraction. Novelty: for the first time grounded social and motivational bases of improving the personnel management system based on the analysis of social and motivational approaches, trends, directives, which has no analogues in domestic science, improved approaches to the analysis of basic social and motivational tendencies and attitudes of our time, which directly affect on the functioning of personnel management system of the enterprises to provide educational services, health care, tourism and recreation business, scientific understanding of the structure of the personnel management system and the features of its functioning, approaches to systematize the elements of the personnel management system of the enterprise in terms of improvement of this system based on social and motivational bases. Sphere of use: in research activities, in the development of theoretical foundations to ensure compliance with labor laws, human rights and general civilization moral values in personnel management, in law-making, in the management of enterprises, in the learning process of the Lviv University of Business and Law.
