Object of research: personnel security of enterprises. Objective: identification and substantiation the principles of personnel security of enterprise. Methods: systematic, systemic-structural and functional analysis, comparison, grounding, economic and mathematical modeling, comparative and statistical analysis, scientific abstraction, generalization. Novelty: for the first time grounded and proposed procedure for the formation of personnel enterprise security, defines the principles of enterprise personnel security management, improved definition of notion “enterprise personnel security”, classification of threats to the security of enterprise. Sphere of use: in research activities as a basis for further studies of the economic and security of business activities personnel, in the development of the theoretical foundations of the policy of strengthening the economic security of entrepreneurial activity, in law-making, in the system of professional training and qualification upgrading of enterprises managers, in the management of enterprises, in the learning process of the Lviv University of Business and Law.
