As a result of the study 320 people, employees of the fire service of Ukraine with individual manifestations of psychological maladjustment, identifies the features of its formation. The specific features of mental and emotional states, clinical and phenomenological features of occupational maladjustment, depending on length of service. Based on the definition of individual psychological characteristics, the fire brigade, a typology of developmental aspects of psychological maladjustment. Studied some behavioral manifestations, the fire and rescue units, depending on the length of service. Dedicated stage of psychological maladjustment may occur singly or into each other with a period of maladjustment, namely: 1) an alarming lack of confidence, 2) a pathological compensation risky behavior, 3) the removal of emotional and addictive replacement. Marked pathological components, interference and which forms the clinical specificity and characteristics of the phenomenon of psychological maladjustment, namely, psycho-emotional, professional, personal, and behavioral therapy, which became the main targets of further measures of psychological correction and psychological prophylaxis. Based on these results scientifically proved, developed, and implemented a system of psycho-correction and psychoprophylactic psychological maladjustment, evaluate its effectiveness.
