Gornenkii V. Constitutional-Legal Status of invalids in Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the constitutional and legal study of the status of people with disabilities in Ukraine. The thesis reveals from the constitutional and legal position the nature of the social state in Ukraine as the methodological principle of ensuring human rights and freedoms of people with disabilities. The thesis describes the concept, nature and structure of the constitutional and legal status of people with disabilities. It analyses the peculiarities and guarantees of the implementation and realization of personal, political, economic, social and cultural rights and freedoms of a human and citizen in the constitutional and legal status of the person with disabilities.
