Essay

The dissertation deals with problems of the mechanism of legal regulation of social relations in education, formulates its definition, and explores defects of legal means that constitute the structure of the mechanism. Exploring the totality of social relations in educational sphere there is highlighted educational relationships, grounded on their objective necessity and appropriateness. These relationships are the most common in the field of education, stable, repeatable, long-term, spiritual in its essence. There is presented a number of conclusions regarding the directions of improvement of legal regulation of social relations in education in Ukraine.
