Essay

The dissertation is devoted to lesser-known to the military-historical objects of Ukraine are excluded from use for its intended purpose, which is the object of preservation. It analyzes are defined directions forms, methods and concrete practical results in this area reveals participate in the establishment and development of public authorities, nongovernmental organizations, intellectuals and local history asset summarizes lessons learned. Expressed recommendations for efficiency improvements positive experi-ence and rational application of general rules of preservation military installations of Ukraine.
