Essay

Dissertation is devoted the issue the day of diagnostics, choice of optimum surgical and medical treatment patients with acute pancreatitis declining and senile age and decision of important scientific and practical problem improving the treatment of patients concerning a acute pancreatitis by the analysis of symptoms, morphological changes of wall of intra– and ekstrapankreatic vessels, improvement of intensive therapy, priority application of minimally invasive operative interferences. At implementation concerning the acute necrosis pancreatitis of minimally invasive interferences in combination with the extracorporeal methods of detoxicacion died 5 (12,2 %) from 41 patient, in a that number from the group of comparison – 4 (23,5 %), basic group – 1 (4,2 %). To implementation of the opened operative interference, the basic element which is pancreonecrosis, considered the presence of septic complications which it is impossible to remove by minimally invasiv methods basic testimonies, that allowed to decrease postoperacion lethality patients of declining and senile years on 13,7 % (from 38,7 to 25 %).
