Thesis deals with solve of an scientific task of development of the frequency symbolic method, the development of algorithms and the application of their to realization of design procedures of circuit engineering design parametric functional nodes based on their frequency symbolic models. The paper analyzes the methods of constructing symbolic models and proposed technique of a choice model for solving problems of multivariate analysis and optimization. Investigated the influence of external variables on the bulkiness of of further calculations. Algorithms of design procedures are developed and realized as a system MAOPCs in a software environment MATLAB.
