Negoduiko V. Perfection of surgical treatment of hydatid cysts of liver in the conditions of peacemaking mission in the Islam republic of Afghanistan

The purpose of dissertation is an improvement of results of surgical treatment for patients with the hydatid cysts of liver by the improvement of algorithms of diagnostics and methods of operative treatment in the conditions of peacemaking mission in the Islam republic Afghanistan. The results of treatment 81 patient with the hydatidomas of liver are analysed. On the basis of comparison of results of opened hydatidectomy from laparotomy access and from miniaccess, it is well-proven with the use of the developed methods (puncture, limitation area of cyst opening, instrument for the delete of chitinous shell and daughter's cysts), that application of miniaccess at the single hydatidomas of liver and at suppuration of cysts reliable and safe method which allowed to execute operative treatment at the cysts of different localization and by volume of to 3,5 litres in 95% patients. Application of the developed methods allowed to decrease the risk of dissemination in 100% patients. Implementation of hydatidectomy from miniaccess allows to improve quality of life, decrease frequency of complications and relapses.
