Object of research: structural processes, what be going on in the national economy of Ukraine in the conditions of her unstable dynamics. Purpose of research: development of innovative conception and mechanisms of development of structural processes, assisting forming of effective structure of national economy. Methods of research: historical approach, dialectical method, methods of analysis of the systems and logical generalizations, synergetics approach, methods of economical and statistical analysis. Results: innovative conception of mechanism of development of structural processes in the conditions of unstable economic dynamics; clarification of maintenance of concepts in relation to the analysis of structural processes in an economy; classification of factors, influencing on forming of structure of national economy and providing her effective development; methodological going near the analysis of the modern state of structure of economy of Ukraine, to the exposure of basic progress of structural processes trends in a modern national economy; mechanisms of activation of structural processes in the conditions of unstable economic dynamics; a mechanism of government control of structural processes is in a modern national economy.
